Fitting the Leash to Your Harness
1. To attach the Walking Handle, start at the rear of the harness. After unfastening the large clip, run the male half of the clip under the small handle of the Hip Lift and 2. fasten it back in the fastener. 3. You can use the walking handle just as it is now supporting the hips, or 4. you can attach the metal clip to either the front “D” ring or to the “O” ring on the back of the front half of the harness. 5. By attaching the clip to either location on the front, you can now support the entire length of their body. By sliding the handle forward and back, you can change the location from where you lift to further over the shoulder or further back towards the hips. The Walking Handle lets you lift where you need it most.
1. To attach the Walking Leashes, also start at the rear harness. After unfastening the large clip, run the male half of the clip under the small handle of the Hip Life and 2. fasten it back in the fastener. 3. Now attach the metal clip to the “D” ring at the front of the harness. 4. You can now adjust the length of the strap by tightening either the front, back or both. This allows you to position the handle. 5. Now you can walk your dog with the added ability of supporting them as little or as much as they require. Placing it further forward allows you to support the sternum and putting it further back lets you support them while they squat to defecate. Lengthening the strap allows you to get your shoulder under it.
