Helpemup.com is committed to protecting your privacy.

We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you’ll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to cary@helpemup.com with ‘unsubscribe’ as the subject line.

Helpemup.com does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Terms & Conditions

On all orders, please allow one day (24 hours) for your order to be processed through our system. We do make every effort to get your order out on the same day as we appreciate your need for our harness. However, please note that all orders received after 4 pm MST/MDT will ship the following business day. We are closed on the weekends. Orders placed over the weekends, and after 4 pm on Friday, will ship on Monday per your desired shipping method.

For any international orders shipped outside of the U.S., please note that all customs, duties or taxes associated with the shipping of overseas or border country orders (Canada) are the responsibility of the recipient — Blue Dog Designs does not cover these fees associated with shipping orders into other countries in its product purchase price or shipping costs. Please see the page in our online store for a list of international partners that carry the Help ‘Em Up Harness.

We offer the following Warranty & Return Policy:

Blue Dog Designs guards against defects in materials and workmanship. We do not cover damage due to excessive wear, unnatural abuse, or alteration of the original product. Defects should be returned to Blue Dog Designs and we will replace it – free. Use only on dogs and follow sizing instructions.

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or the harness is not working for your dog, we offer a 10-day return policy from of your harness. Please include a copy of your order or a note to reference the return and your address. We will refund the cost of the product minus a $10 restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.

A return authorization form is required with your return – Download our Return Authorization Form and follow the instructions.
