Large Conventional Harness
I purchased this harness for my german shepherd who had tplo surgery. The harness is wonderful! It helps me to keep him moving slow while walking. I would highly recommend the harness. Did have issues with second day air. And not getting it in 2 days. Customer service was very helpful in refunded my second day air. I would highly recommend these harnesses very sturdy!
My 14yo shepherd mix is starting to lose his back legs. it started with slips and trips and not being able to jump into the car. for a few years i just lifted him but it became clear this is a better option. I finally bought it and have been impressed with the quality, plus it works just as intended. great for getting in/out of trunk and also for steep sections on hikes, helping over uneven terrain, and holding his rear up while going #2 so he doesnt lose balance and fall. Really appreciate this thing
This was recommended to me from my vet! I tried many other cheaper harnesses, but ended up sending them back because they simply didn't work. The Helpemup does exactly what it's designed to do! My dachshund was diagnosed with IVDD and has lost use of his back legs. This harness has allowed us to continue to take him out and walk without putting to much pressure on his front legs. The vet can also use it when giving my dog therapy. I would definitely have given 5 stars, but it takes awhile to take out on and which I hope gets easier in time.
If your dog is having knee surgery, this harness is a must! We leave it on so he has extra help whatever time of day. He doesn’t seem overly bothered by it either.
It seems to run big, but well eventually take advantage of the ability to cut the straps to make them shorter.
