The Help ‘Em Up Walking Handle provides additional walking assistance and extra leverage for owners of dogs using the Help ‘Em Up Harness.
The Help ‘Em Up Walking Handle has a unique pivoting feature that allows the handle to swivel, providing greater maneuverability and provides assistance for those dogs who may need extra leverage or help up with lifting their hips. It can attach to just the hip-lift handle, or to the front shoulder harness or both.

Yes, Help Em Up Walking Accessories are suitable for all breeds and sizes of dogs, from Extra Small to Extra Large. They provide customized support based on the dog's needs.
I have not used the harness. We found out that Baxter does not have degenerative myelopathy. In time he made need the harness but for right now he is enjoying running around even if his rear legs are wonky.

Excellent design!
The help em up harness was a Godsend for our senior Labrador Retriever after he fell and twisted his left rear knee. Now that he’s is able to walk on his own again he is still a bit wobbly. The leash has been very helpful keeping him steady during our walks and preventing him from falling again. The walking handle swivels adding to the ease of use. Easy to attach once you figure it out and adjust the straps.

Helps with assisting our dog
Generally - LOVE the help em up harness system. It’s been a lifesaver for our little pittie’s ACL tear. The walking handle really helps us support her using the bathroom on walks, and walking in general. The only reason I knocked a star off is the rear attachment being a loop is cumbersome and not something we can remove easily, so it makes taking the harness system on and off less simple and easy. Would love two little clips in the back or release there! Still recommend it!

We also completely understand your note about the rear loop. Different accessories are designed for different handling needs, and based on what you described, it sounds like the Walking Loop Handles would be a better match for the way you’re using the harness. They clip on and off easily, removing that extra step during on/off transitions.

Life saver
My cane corso had ACL surgery and she refused to walk. Help 'Em Up has been instrumental in her getting up and going potty as well as eating and drinking water. I don't know what we would have done without this amazing product.
