Our harnesses have 9 different areas of adjustment – so each harness can be articulated to your dog’s specific needs. The large harness covers a broad range of dogs within the arc of 80-125 pounds.
The Large Harness is our most popular dog harness, based on size and weight of most common dog breeds.
Select a dog harness size based on your dog’s weight first, then take measurements for accuracy. If your dog’s weight is on the cusp of our dog harness sizes, we recommend sizing down.

The Help 'Em Up Dog Harness is machine-washable with mild detergent. Set to delicate cycle and air dry for best results.
Very happy with this harness. My dog suffered a disc herniation and this has been super helpful during her recovery. It's sturdy, padded in all the right places, and I like that I'm lifting her right under her pelvis, not putting pressure on her abdomen. I am very thankful that our vet recommended this harness.
This harness is fabulous! It supports my Great Pyr and helps us to assist her properly without hurting her. She has lost a great deal of muscle mass in her backend plus she has arthritis due to the two TPLO surgeries she had in the past. Because she is over 100lbs it is very hard to lift her up. This harness allows us to adjust multiple points on contact to get a comfortable fit. We just wish we bought this for her when she was recovering from her TPLO surgeries.
It was really upsetting to see my shepherd’s hips go. I don’t know what I would do without this product. I’m also glad I bought an extra one so I can wash one while she wears one and for the comfort of your dog take it off at bedtime and wash it every 3 days.
My sweet old dog really enjoyed the extra support and felt so comfortable wearing this all the time. He was able to use the restroom fine and had no issues. Sadly, he passed away shortly after I purchased this but I have no regrets making the purchase. So worth the price to be able to help your fur baby.
After our older Rotti had to have CCL surgery on both of his back legs, our vet tech recommended this harness for helping him with stairs and loading in and out of vehicles. This harness has been life-changing. We are able to comfortably and easily help Shadow up and down our steep stairs at home, stabilize him during our walks, and load him in and out on his car ramps with ease. Once we got the harness fitted, it snaps on and off quickly and is simple to adjust, when needed. Having this harness has enabled us to keep taking Shadow on the family adventures that we have enjoyed together for his whole life. We are so grateful that our vet tech recommended it.
