Would give ZERO stars for this harness

Lack of communication with this company. When someone finally called me back because they do not pick up the phone it goes to my spam calls and I called back and no one answers. I did do a online chat with a representative and it was determined. I needed a large front and a medium back well this did not work but I can’t return it because it has a seven day return window. After spending $16 for shipping the harness took a long time to get to my address and by that time I left for a week like seven days out of town and I’m unable to return it.
Back of the harness when adjusted the extra length of the straps hang around my dogs tail so I don’t even use it to go potty. Since I’m sure some Poo will get on those straps hanging around . My friend let me her dog sling for the back legs and that works so much better than this harness. I should’ve went with something a lot cheaper than to the total of $146.00 Huge waste of money

My 100lb. dog has used this harness rigorously after his hemilaminectomy surgery. We have had it for over 1 year & it has held up to the daily rehabilitation schedule which also includes underwater treadmill therapy (& a lot of machine washing).
This company truly has top of the line customer service & their 1 year warranty on their products is unmatched compared to other brands. We will always support this brand in the future for our handicapped dog’s needs.

Life changing product

Great at helping me get my 95 lb dog up in his last days. The chest lift in combination with the rear lift made a huge difference in me being able to get my dog up from laying down. He couldn't use his rear legs anymore

Really Helps

We have a large 85lb dog who has severe arthritis and neuropathy in his hind legs. Sometimes he is completely unable to stand up on his own. He has a barrel chest and narrow hindquarters. We were able to customize a front and back harness with the mix and match sizes. It took a few hours, some frustration, and a couple of trial runs to get the harnesses fitted correctly, but now that we have it "set" it is a lifesaver. I'm no longer bending and squatting awkwardly to help him stand, I just grab both handles pull him up and wait for him to get steady. The harness is also an amazing safeguard when he is having a bad day, I can loosely hold the rear handle and catch him if it seems like he is going to fall while walking around. I truly believe that preventing some of these falls has reduced his pain and made him more mobile! This product has improved our dog's quality of life. The only reason this review is 4 stars and not 5 is the level of effort it takes to set and maintain a proper fit.
