These are worth double the money the best investment i ever made for both of my dogs..
Even bought a set for my mother's dogs.
I'm very pleased with the build quality, adjustability, and quick shipping. Thank you!
Lack of communication with this company. When someone finally called me back because they do not pick up the phone it goes to my spam calls and I called back and no one answers. I did do a online chat with a representative and it was determined. I needed a large front and a medium back well this did not work but I can’t return it because it has a seven day return window. After spending $16 for shipping the harness took a long time to get to my address and by that time I left for a week like seven days out of town and I’m unable to return it.
Back of the harness when adjusted the extra length of the straps hang around my dogs tail so I don’t even use it to go potty. Since I’m sure some Poo will get on those straps hanging around . My friend let me her dog sling for the back legs and that works so much better than this harness. I should’ve went with something a lot cheaper than to the total of $146.00 Huge waste of money
Hello Robin,
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback about your recent Help 'Em Up Harness purchase. We apologize that your experience did not meet the high standards we strive to maintain.
We want to address several points from your review. Our records show we did communicate with you not just via chat but also by email when you were unable to reach us by phone since the call took place outside of business hours. We understand phone communication can be challenging, and we're always working to improve our responsiveness.
Our records also indicate that the package was delivered within our standard shipping timeframe for the shipping speed selected, as we present prominently on each product page, highlight in our chat, and mention in detail in our Help Center.
Regarding the harness fit, we'd be happy to help you achieve the optimal sizing and adjustment for your dog. Our team is available to provide personalized guidance to ensure the harness works effectively and comfortably. We recommend scheduling a quick fitting consultation, during which we can walk you through proper strap adjustment to prevent the issues you've experienced with strap length. For quick assistance, you can also refer to the Quick Start Guide you received with the harness since it also addresses this fitting tip.
While our exchange policy is actually 14 days (not 7), we recognize the frustration of a product that doesn't immediately meet your needs. We're committed to finding a solution that works for you and your dog. Would you be willing to connect with our customer experience team to discuss sizing, adjustment techniques, and potential exchanges? We genuinely want to resolve this and ensure you have a harness that meets your expectations.
We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make this right.
Sincerely,
Help 'Em Up Team
My 100lb. dog has used this harness rigorously after his hemilaminectomy surgery. We have had it for over 1 year & it has held up to the daily rehabilitation schedule which also includes underwater treadmill therapy (& a lot of machine washing).
This company truly has top of the line customer service & their 1 year warranty on their products is unmatched compared to other brands. We will always support this brand in the future for our handicapped dog’s needs.
Great at helping me get my 95 lb dog up in his last days. The chest lift in combination with the rear lift made a huge difference in me being able to get my dog up from laying down. He couldn't use his rear legs anymore
