I originally ordered a harness that was too big because my dog was on the border of the size chart. The service service saved from Helpemup was phenomenal. When I notified them that I had adjusted it to the extent possible and it was still too large, I received emails immediately, trying to right the situation. They sent me a new one even before receiving the one that was too large.

After our dog suffered a major stroke, this was a complete game changer. It dramatically helped us throughout recovery in getting our boy walking again! Cannot recommend enough.

I purchased the front and back harness for my tri pod that is getting older and having arthritis issues. I will purchase this harness for any dog I have as the fit is so much better and comfortable for my dog than other harnesses.

For my dog, this has given him confidence and independence back! With the harness, he can get in and out of the car with assistance, we can take some walks off sidewalks now knowing I can help him him out, we can go furthering knowing I can help if needed. After watching his world shrink in the last 6 months, it's amazing to watch it expand again.
