We’re proud to offer products that support the comfort and mobility of dogs everywhere, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your harness isn’t the right fit, we’re here to make exchanges or returns as smooth as possible.
Please note: we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges on orders outside of the U.S. and Canada at this time. We recommend reviewing sizing guides and product details carefully before ordering or purchasing directly from our global partners (UK, France, EU). If you’re unsure, our team is always happy to help guide you before your purchase.
Exchanges
If your harness isn’t a perfect fit, you can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order (U.S. and Canada only). When you're ready, visit our Exchange & Return Center.
To start your exchange, you'll be prompted to enter your Help ‘Em Up order number, which you can find in your order confirmation email.
If you selected Checkout+ at the time of purchase, your exchange will be completely free. If not, we’ll still cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you—you’ll just be responsible for the handling and return shipping fee for sending the original item back. You will have 14 days to return the item.
Since we offer instant exchanges to ensure your pup gets the support they need without delay, a temporary hold will be placed on your payment method for the value of the exchange items. This hold will be lifted after we receive and process your return.
Exchanges are available for:

Full-size changes of your original harness

Partial swap of the front or hip lift for a different size and/or style (Conventional ↔ U-band)

Size and/or style change of all accessories

Returns
Would you like to return your order for a refund? We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for orders shipped to the U.S. and Canada. When you're ready, visit our Exchange & Return Center.

All returned items are inspected and graded based on their condition. To qualify for a refund, items must meet the return criteria listed below. Restocking fees are applied depending on both (i) the condition of the item and (ii) when it is returned:

*Items returned within 7 days that do not meet Grade A standards will be evaluated and graded accordingly under the appropriate tier.
If your harness has been well-loved or has seen extensive use, we encourage you to donate it to your local shelter or veterinary clinic.
Refunds
Return and refund processing may take up to 15 business days after we receive and inspect your item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund total.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
