Terms & Conditions

On all orders, please allow one day (24 hours) for your order to be processed through our system. We do make every effort to get your order out on the same day as we appreciate your need for our harness; However, please note that all orders received after 2 pm MST/MDT are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day. We are closed on the weekends. Orders placed over the weekends, and after 2 pm on Friday, will ship on Monday per your desired shipping method. For any international orders shipped outside of the U.S., please note that all customs, duties or taxes associated with the shipping of overseas or border country orders (Canada) are the responsibility of the recipient — Help ‘Em Up does not cover these fees associated with shipping orders into other countries in its product purchase price or shipping costs.
